프린세빌 숙소는 편리한 위치와 좋은 시설을 갖추고 있으며, 수영장과 라이브 음악이 인기입니다. 하지만 높은 가격과 일부 객실의 소음 문제가 있을 수 있습니다.
This is great place. Beach view is so so beautiful.
Safe and very quite. Many pools and hot tubes. Enjoy a lot with my kid. Room is very spacious. 10 points for all
Didn’t do daily cleaning.
Floor grout was dirty and floor was sticky. House keeping came and changed towels and emptied trash. Or are we supposed to do cleaning ourselves including vacuum?
We had a fantastic stay! Beautiful grounds, spacious room and quiet, pristine setting. We are excited to return soon!

The dining options worked well for us, and the beach access was a doable short walk.
They really went above and beyond in taking care of us. Hospitality suite after checkout was a nice feature that I haven’t seen at too many other places (usually there is just a shared lounge ). Very kind staff

봄꽃이 피어나고 바다를 바라보고 있는 아주 좋은 스위트룸입니다. 주방에는 모든 도구가 완비되어 있어 푸드랜드까지 차로 10분 거리에 있어 집에서처럼 직접 구매해서 요리할 수 있습니다.

The ******* app said we would get a free bottle of wine per stay, and food. The hotel reception had no idea what we were talking about, which was very disappointing to find out that it was not true. Our room was a garden view, but we only had a view of the tennis court fence. The room was big, clean and nice, but overall we were disappointed. There is only 2 hot tubs so it was crowded most of the time.
We booked a one night stay because we had to kill time before our red eye flight and wanted to shower before our flight.The unit was dirty, especially the bathrooms.
I was glad we weren’t spending the night. The check in process was a complete joke. I had already paid through ******* but had to basically fill everything out again at the check in desk which took 45 minutes. The entire time they were trying to sell me on a time share. They had extra charges for everything, Wi-Fi, parking, extra parking spot etc.
the last straw was when the front desk called right before we were checking out and was trying to get our credit card number again after we had already given them it a check in and paid for it the night before with *******. The Wi-Fi that we paid for and was extra didn’t even work .The front desk couldn’t even give me the Wi-Fi password because an individual owns the unit we were in and they didn’t know what it was.The only redeeming part of this place was the view of the ocean when you walked to their look out. I would never stay there again.
Property is dated. No ac and tv indicates cable but really seems to be free internet tv..no local channels. Couch very uncomfortable.

Incredible location, friendly staff, nice rooms and hotel layout. Bad food! The restaurants over priced and breakfast and terrace food tasted pre-prepared and reheated (like a Starbucks). Go into town for food. Lots of options and fresh!!
There was a problem at every turn - a problem with getting our bags following check-in, a problem with the room, a problem at the restaurants, and a problem with billing.
The staff had unprofessional attitudes and were not considerate in assisting to resolve any of these issues. It was beyond frustrating and completely unnecessary, especially considering the hefty cost to stay at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful but it does not make up for the constant issues and burden to resolve the problems.
Nice enough place, good staff, but simply very expensive for what it was, so bad value for money.
Stunning location. Very attentive staff. The whole experience feels relaxing and luxurious.
Many times we had areas completely to ourselves. The stars were amazing with no light pollution and 24 hour access to heated pool and hot tub. Spa sauna access was great as well.
It was one of the most beautiful locations I have ever visited… the service was over the top.
